I have created Delafeld Partners as my purpose in life is to help people to help themselves. I believe I can have a greater positive impact on people as an employer and by bringing my experience, and those of our trusted partners, to more organisations. Helping others to be successful based on their own measures of success is what drives me.

I believe people are the most important part of any change and bringing people’s expertise together is the winning formula. It can be the differentiator between success and failure. I have broad experience across multiple disciplines which enables me to visualise organisations holistically allowing me to easily recognise pain-points and optimisation opportunities. I have worked with Giles in a number of businesses and trust, like and respect him so creating Delafeld Partners was a no-brainer for me!
